Obsidian Flow

This striking abstract fluid art piece with matching vase uses the same pour pattern. The design features dramatic vertical flow lines and marbling, blending black, white, gray, deep teal, and rich red tones. The canvas has more dynamic movement while the vase stretches that same pattern into smoother, elongated drips. The paint was poured over the inverted vase while situated on top of the canvas. When finished, the vase was set aside and the remaining paint on the canvas was then stretched out to create this beautiful matching set. 8” x 10” canvas, 8” tall vase. The canvas is finished with a gloss varnish while the vase has been finished with resin. Signed, dated and accompanied with Certificate of Authenticity.
